THEY’RE BACK !!! HARDWICKE CIRCUS !!!

We had the fabulous Hardwicke Circus booked in to play The Chambers way back In January this year but due to a freak accident where Lewis the keyboard player nearly lost his thumb (!!!) that clearly had to be cancelled 🙁

BUT – being the pro’s that they are, the boys are back in town!!

We’re absolutely STOKED to announce that ‘Hardwicke Circus’ out of Carlisle, will be here in on the Chambers ‘stage’ on FRIDAY 29th SEPTEMBER!!

Now if you’d already purchased tickets through our previously used ticket platform – ‘Wegottickets’ then those tickets are STILL VALID and we’ll have our records of those tickets on the door on the night of course! You should receive an email from Wegottickets saying all is cool.

However all tickets sales from this point on are on our new favourite ticketing platform ‘Goodshow’!

I’ll include below all the bio from the first event below just to re-whet you whistles for what will be a brilliant event that we’re thrilled to be able to host at last!!
Don’t miss this gig, SEE YOU THERE !!!

HARDWICKE CIRCUS get the following sort of attention:

They’ve supported Bob Dylan & Neil Young in Hyde Park.
Madness.
Alabama 3.
Southside Johnny and The Asbury Jukes. Bob Geldof’s Boomtown Rats.
The Blockheads.

They’ve gigged at the legendary Isle of Wight Festival, Reading & Leeds.

Also headlined the Yam Riot Stage at Kendal Calling and gained airplay on BBC Introducing, Radio 1, Radio 2 & 6 Music.

They’ve completed a four month residency at the famous Hope & Anchor in London and have released two albums – their studio debut “The Borderland” & most recently a Live Prison album “At Her Majesty’s Pleasure” which was recorded across 15 prisons all around England – both received great reviews!

To top ALL this though, at the personal request of Sir Paul McCartney – the band was invited to play Glastonbury, headlining the Rabbit Hole at 3am Sunday morning, making them officially the very last band to play Glastonbury 2022!

THIS IS ONE HARD WORKING BAND that have played over 700 shows already and the feeling is among promoters, agents & venues that this band have what it takes to go all the way!

Now music is THE most fickle business and anything can happen but when so many in the industry agree on the same thing…well it’s worth sitting up & taking notice!

We’re thrilled to announce H/C playing here at the Chambers and are doubly stoked because Folkestone’s very own CITRUS BLUE are confirmed as support!!

This whole gig just feels the right way to make the ‘January blues’ (now September blues 🙂 )come to an end x

This a band with a future & getting to see the likes of these fellas early on really counts, so be among one of the ‘counted’ & make it to The Chambers on Friday 29th September for grassroots live music at it’s best xx
