Sometimes it’s just about ‘right place, right time’ and that’s categorically the case with this rather exceptional gig – ROBERT BROWN!
Rob first came onto our radar a little while back now and has stayed in the ‘Good Egg’ basket ever since…a really good fella is Rob.

It doesn’t end there though…as the fact that he’s an ‘A1’ human is almost overshadowed by his phenomenal talent with stringed instruments added to his incredible alto voice.

The accolades made on the poster are all genuine and justified.

Through a proper ‘troubadour’ attitude to music, Robert has hit most every town in the country that boasts a strong music culture and won them over.
The countries folk & acoustic festivals have played host to his skills as a solo musician almost as much as the ‘Rock/Folk’ scene has been lifted off it’s feet by his full outfit ‘The Smouldering Sons’ – WHAT A BAND!!!

Band or no, it’s a HUGE pleasure to welcome Robert back into Folkestone.

He’s in the area fulfilling an anniversary he tries to keep each year (tours permitting) to play at the pub of an old mate who’s no longer with us x whom we knew too.
For mixed fortunes we realise we’re blessed to have Robert in our part of the world too ♥

You’re encouraged to make the time to take in Robert and his considerable singer/songwriter talents – ESPECIALLY as this is a free to attend gig…a bit of a treat for all concerned I can tell you ♥
